OPERANDI platform is owned by DC INVEST INFORMATION SRL, a company providing consulting services in the fields of business information, trainings, wealth management and technology. The company has developed practices regarding the privacy policy, with the purpose of further informing each interested party with regard to the topics which could be considered necessary. It is therefore seen as an obligation of ours to provide all the information required by each user.
The following privacy statement explains how DC INVEST INFORMATION SRL deals with personal information collected through registration forms for various events, website and commercial contracts. In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 129/2018 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as well as of Regulation 679/2016, the Company DC INVEST INFORMATION SRL has the obligation to manage, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide to us about you, a member of your family or another person.
