OPERANDI, a project promoted by DC INVEST INFORMATION SRL, VAT RO 14533151, with headquarter in Bucharest – District 1, Str. DR.GRIGORE COBĂLCESCU, Nr. 8, DEMISOL, CAMERA 3. represented by Dl Karim Kheirat, as Managing Partner.
In order to organise the OPERANDI events, pursuant to the contractual obligations that result from the completion of this form, OPERANDI processes your personal data, provided on this form. The data requested in the present form are necessary for the registration to the event and for the access of the persons registered to the event they have registered. OPERANDI will not sell, rent or offer under any form your email address or any other personal information.
Your personal data are processed within OPERANDIby its employees and collaborators who own the right to access them form organising the event. In this regard, the employees and the collaborators communicate information via e-mail within the company, respectively through Microsoft email account and the storage of the participants lists and other elements necessary for organising the events are stored on Microsoft Office 365 and Google LLC cloud storages. The privacy policy for transferring these data at the level of Microsoft Office 365 and Google LLC apply to data processed at the level of OPERANDI.
We intend to use your contact data for direct marketing purposes to communicate news about the event you registered and to communicate potential modification to the event’s coordinates.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that you own the following rights in relation to your personal data you offered: right to access your personal data, right to rectify or delete them, restrict their processing or the right to oppose processing, the right to data portability and the right to deposit a complaint to the Supervising Authority (ANSPDCP).
The newsletters and direct mailing campaigns of OPERANDI are sent via specialized and agreed partners of OPERANDI and data security and confidentiality are assured through the contracts signed with these partners.
At the moment of completion, the registration form, the participant has the possibility to express his/her consent regarding the receiving of newsletters and informative emails about the OPERANDI events:
The Client can modify his/her option regarding the consent given to OPERANDI at any time:

- By accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the commercial messages received via email or SMS
We inform you that based on the legitim interest of OPERANDI the event organised events can be recorded and/or photographed by a/some contractual partner/s of the company, in relation to which we have assured that the processing of personal data is performed under our authority and exclusively for the purpose and duration established by OPERANDI through the contract concluded with the partner who makes the video/photo recordings. We inform you that by virtue of the right of access, you can request a copy of the recordings/photos concerning you by sending a written request to OPERANDI. To the extent that the transmission of the recoding/photo is possible (we will not be able to respond to your request in case other people appear in the frame cannot be anonymise their image from the recording/photo), we will honor your request in maximum 30 days from the requested date. At the same time, we inform you that we store the recordings & photos for a limited period of time, respectively 10 years. After this period, recordings & videos will be deleted from the company records and any subsequent request will be impossible to honor.
In case you do not agree to the processing to your image through video recordings and photos and posting them on OPERANDI website www.operandi.ro on the company blog and/or on social media pages of OPERANDI (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin) please contact us by using the listed channels and we will respond in maximum 30 days, and indicate the materials that include your personal image and you want to be removed from the online environment.

C. Transfer of responsibility for completing the form
In case the present form is completed by a third party, considering that OPERANDI is in the practical impossibility to inform the registered participants regarding the terms and conditions of the present form and regarding the data processing, the responsibility of informing the participant is transferred to the third party that completed the represent registration form.
D. Cancellation of participation
In case you want to cancel your participation, please notify the organization team via email at elena.paraschiv@operandi.ro until 3 days before the event takes place.
